Booking and Cancellation Policy
All appointments are managed through Booksy so you can see price and duration before you confirm.
Booking
Select your style, size and length on Booksy, review the price and estimated duration, then confirm your time.
Add a note if you are unsure which size or length suits you and your stylist will advise at consultation.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Reschedule or cancel through the Booksy confirmation you received, or call 512-906-6881 as early as you can so the slot can be offered to another client.
Late arrivals
Long styles need their full time slot. If you are running late, call ahead and we will let you know whether the appointment can still be completed that day.
Owner to confirm — Confirm the required cancellation notice period, no-show policy and whether walk-ins are accepted.
