When you book through Booksy we receive the name, phone number, email address and appointment details you provide to Booksy.
When you call or email us we keep only the details needed to answer your question or manage your appointment.
Our website does not require an account and we do not ask visitors to submit sensitive personal information.
How we use it
To confirm, reschedule or remind you about appointments.
To answer questions about services, styles and availability.
To keep basic records of the services provided so returning clients receive consistent care.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Booking data is processed by Booksy under its own privacy policy. Google Maps is used to display our location.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing violettebraidinghair@gmail.com or calling 512-906-6881.
